It's no secret to you readers that I love Giada de Laurentiis. Everyday Italian was one of the first real cookbooks that I owned when I moved out on my own and many years later, it is still one of my go to's. I love that Giada's recipe range from the very simple to the complex and impressive and from classic Italian to modern Californian cuisine. I'm a huge pasta lover (as you can see from how many pasta dishes are listed in the Recipes section of this site) and she is the queen of pasta. Italian, Mediterranean, and California flavors are some of my favorites and I'm not sure I have ever been disappointed by one of her recipes.
With that in mind, today's post is a little ode to Giada. It's a roundup of some of her recipes that I have tried and some that I've created based on her originals and have shared with you on A Squared.
And with as many of her cookbooks as I own, I will share many more of her recipes in the future too!
