In a few sentences, tell us a little bit about your blog: Catfish and Caviar is a lifestyle blog with a focus on fashion, food, travel and design. A little corner on the web where I can let all my passions and creative energy let loose.


Now, tell us about your...

1. Favorite meal, food, or cuisine: I would choose breakfast or brunch over any other meal. I love a good Eggs Benedict!

2. Least favorite meal, food, or cuisine: I really can't stand carrots but I love carrot cake. Does that even make sense?

3. Favorite restaurant in your city: There is no way I can pick just one so here...Beatrix, Salpicon, Friends Sushi, Kingsbury Cafe, Siena Tavern and La Madia.

4. Favorite restaurant outside of your city: Louie's Backyard in Key West and Poogan's Porch in Charleston.

5. Favorite guilty pleasure food: Lobster mac and cheese or biscuits and gravy. I could eat both at once.

6. Favorite ingredient (something you love to cook with, or something you see on a menu and know you have to order): I love to cook with avocado and almost always order an appetizer with olives in it!

7. Favorite kitchen tool, utensil, product, etc.: I cook everything with a spatula.

8. Favorite recipe: Peanut Butter Bourbon Milkshake from Love and Lemons.

9. Favorite thing about blogging: Meeting new people and getting to unwind after a long day at work.
