My Top 10 Light & Healthy New Year Dinner Recipes

I don't know about you, but it is two weeks into the year and I am still feeling heavy and sluggish... that's the worst, right?

Sometimes it's really tough to jump right into a super healthy New Year diet after the holidays. There are still holiday treats from clients trickling into our office every day and it seems like those holiday leftovers took forever to finally clear out of my kitchen. So, now it's back to the gym and back to healthier eating, but I find it so difficult to do it all cold turkey... weaning yourself off of Christmas cookies is a tough job!
