The Gourmet Grilled Cheese Tasting Party

Hope you are all enjoying the holiday weekend! If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, you know that I started off my weekend a little early with a tasting party for my blogging friend Kit's upcoming Gourmet Grilled Cheese coookbook. Kit invited a few of us Chicago blogging girls over to sample a few of her grilled cheese recipes that will be featured in the book. Spoiler alert: they were all delicious, but my favorite was one featuring goat cheese, spinach, walnuts, and sherry mushrooms. And I don't even really like mushrooms that much!
