I have a bit of a cookbook addiction. It's weird, I know, but even with iPads and e-readers and laptops available I just love cooking from an old school paper book. I love the way they look on the bookshelf in my kitchen and I love revisiting my favorites to find new and old faithful recipes. With my new Friday Finds series, I'm finding that I wish I had a wider variety of cookbooks at my disposal. I'm always looking for some more inspiration, so I've been making a list of the ones I'd like to add to my collection. Some are new books by old favorites like
Weeknights with Giada and
Flour, Too, but others are new to me. I'm totally inspired by Daphne Oz and Gwyneth Paltrow's whole and healthy approaches to cooking. And I would love some fresh ideas for the slow cooker and breakfast too.
What are your favorite cookbooks? Any recommendations?
